Richardson, Texas – (February 10, 2025) — The Texas Society of Professional Surveyors (TSPS) Chapter 5 (Dallas) proudly introduces its new logo and tagline: “Edification of Surveyors, Partnering for Progress.” Implemented on January 1, 2025, this rebranding effort provides a definitive identity to our chapter, reflecting our commitment to continuous education and excellence as we dedicate our efforts to serving and educating the community.
The TSPS Chapter 5 rebrand was officially revealed to our members on January 16, 2025, during our monthly chapter meeting. Chapter President, Marcos A. Madrid, led the unveiling, sharing the inspiration behind the design and powerful tagline. This new identity reflects our dedication to promoting education and collaboration within our chapter and the broader surveying community. It’s a bold step forward that honors our legacy while embracing the future.
Our modern new logo and its tagline is a testament to the vision of Chapter President, Marcos A. Madrid. Drawing inspiration from the state TSPS logo, organizational values, and Dallas culture. The design of the logo began to sprout life with multiple drafts —from various hand-drawn sketches to several logo variations designed by Annalicia Madrid, Trustar Surveying Operations and Marketing Coordinator. Three logo variations were presented to the Chapter 5 Executive Committee to determine our official logo. We are thrilled to use the final design for years to come. We extend special recognition and thanks for the hard work and creativity of all that have truly made a lasting impact on our chapter’s identity.
